Estudio Juridico Intercontinental (EJI) was created in 2004 as an evolution from “Estudio Juridico Castellana 100” in Madrid. EJI was previously well known as Estudio Juridico Velazquez 53” and always had Rafael Gonzalez Bautista as a co-founder.
Under the leadership of Rafael Gonzalez Bautista, EJI provided legal services for some of the most notorious bankruptcy procedures in recent years, notably the ones that involved companies such as Sofico, Vosa, Hiconsa, Rentagracón, Avasa, Editec, Dyrsa, Facosa and Invest Club among others.
Since its creation, one of the main goals of EJI has been to provide full legal assistance in areas that long ago were not yet standard traditional legal services. Among others, these services included Mediation Law, Environmental Law, and legal structuring of financial operations. Today these services are most appreciated standards to EJI clients. |
